Rough cleaning addresses earlier project stages. Progress cleaning follows work as it develops, and phased cleaning treats separate rooms or portions of the project as they become available.
Final cleaning and later touch-ups
Final cleaning addresses the completed interior. When additional trade activity affects a cleaned space, a touch-up visit removes the new dust or residue from affected surfaces.
Residues that need separate assessment
Bonded paint and adhesive need a different assessment from loose construction dust. The surface and residue determine the cleaning method; heavy debris hauling and hazardous material remediation are separate from this service.
