Progress cleaning: while work continues
Progress cleaning removes dust and routine residue during construction. On a phased project, cleaners work through completed rooms or sections while building work continues elsewhere.
Final cleaning: the completed interior
Final cleaning removes construction dust from finished floors, interior windows, fixtures, and restroom surfaces after building work ends. Cleaning methods must suit each material.
Touch-up cleaning: attention after later activity
An installer returning to a finished room can leave new dust or marks. A touch-up visit addresses the affected surfaces; it is different from repairing defects on a construction punch list.
Pre-opening and turnover: the next use of the space
Pre-opening cleaning prepares the interior before a business starts operating. Turnover cleaning takes place before the space is handed to its next occupant. Both can include floors, interior glass, fixtures, and shared rooms.
Choosing the next visit
